Hot Weather Advice: Temperatures are expected to be high over the coming days. Please remember to keep well hydrated, stay out of direct sunlight where possible, and follow NHS guidance on staying safe in hot weather.

To help reduce the need for travel during the hot weather, clinicians will aim to manage appointments by telephone wherever appropriate. If any changes are needed to your appointment, we will contact you directly.

Medical Reports

We are asked to do many medical reports every week for various agencies, including:

  • Insurance companies

  • Social Services

  • Benefits Agency

  • DVLA

  • The Armed Forces

As these reports are not funded by the NHS we are obliged to charge a fee.

The fee list can be found here. Please allow us 3-4 weeks for us to deal with your request, these will be done outside of clinic times as our priority is always patient care.
