Suffolk Primary Care

Why Work For Us

At Suffolk Primary Care, we pride ourselves on offering great career development opportunities and the chance for every member of staff to reach their full potential.

As well as a full induction programme, we provide leadership and mentoring schemes and ongoing training and education. We regularly support staff who wish to study for additional qualifications so that they can take on extra responsibilities, and have helped colleagues achieve everything from apprenticeships to degrees. Importantly, we also offer good rates of pay, generous annual leave and access to the NHS Pension Scheme.

We believe we can only provide the best services for our patients if our staff can enjoy a healthy work/life balance. To achieve this, we offer flexibility where possible, such as remote working, as well as enhanced maternity and paternity leave. All of our staff can also enjoy high street savings, electric car and cycle to work schemes, as well as discounted gym memberships, money off their weekly shop and much more.
