Making a complaint

Suffolk Primary Care aims to provide patients with excellent care and support through our practices. If you have any compliments, comments, concerns or complaints about our service, we want to hear about them.

If you have a specific complaint regarding your care, we would encourage you to contact your own practice in the first instance. However, if this not appropriate and you would like to make a formal complaint you can email:

Brandon Medical Practice Debenham Group Practice Howard House Surgery Stowhealth Cardinal Medical Practice Derby Road Practice Martlesham Heath Surgery The Birches Medical Centre Combs Ford Surgery Haven Health Surgery Oakfield Surgery

Alternatively, you can approach the Local Area Team for NHS England if you feel you cannot raise your complaint with us or you are dissatisfied with the way we are dealing with your complaint.

For further detail on making a complaint see the Suffolk Primary Care Complaints Procedure.
